Yoga & Fitness for Pregnancy & Postpartum.

We offer movement classes that:

  • Reduce pregnancy pains (such as pubic pain, Sciatica, urinary incontinence, etc)
  • Prepare your body for labor & birth
  • Introduce childbirth education principles & give you a toolbox of comfort techniques for labor
  • Reduce postpartum pains (such as midback pain, neck pain, diastasis, etc)
  • Help heal & rebuild core postpartum
  • Strengthen mom, baby & their connection
  • Build community amongst local moms

MEET THE OWNER

I’m Lisa van Leeuwen, owner of Mama Moves. I love sharing pelvic yoga for all phases of life – menstruation, pregnancy, birth, postpartum, menopause & beyond! 
 
I combine my Pelvic Yoga, Prenatal Yoga, Postpartum Yoga and Postpartum Doula training to help students care for their pelvic floors on & off the mat.  The yoga I share is great for students who experience severe period cramps, pregnancy pains, pelvic discomfort after birth, pain with intimacy, bladder leaks, urinary urgency, constipation and other pelvic issues.
