Baby & Me Yoga is a 60-minute yoga class designed for postpartum moms and pre-walking babies. Class includes postpartum yoga, baby yoga & tummy time.

Meet the owner of Mama Moves Co, Lisa van Leeuwen! Lisa is Arizona’s go-to prenatal & postpartum yoga teacher.

She truly believes that “Motion is lotion” & “Movement is medicine.” Her goal is to provide yoga & fitness classes that help moms get moving safely during their pregnancy & postpartum (aka 4th trimester).
