Baby & Me Yoga is a 60-minute yoga class designed for postpartum moms and pre-walking babies. It includes yoga for both you & baby, plus tummy time. Postpartum modifications will be offered throughout class for conditions such as diastasis, bladder leaks, back pain & more.
