Mama Moves prenatal yoga & exercise classes are designed to help prevent pregnancy pains & prepare your body for labor!
No yoga or fitness experience required. Open to all trimesters. These classes can be modified for placenta previa, breech position, and more.
Ready to get moving postpartum but don’t have a babysitter? At Mama Moves, you can bring your baby to class with you!
Baby & Me classes are designed for postpartum moms and pre-walking babies.
Mommy & Me classes are designed for moms during postpartum and beyond. Babies, toddlers & older siblings welcome.

This 10-Hour course is open to yoga teachers, pilates instructors, group fitness instructors and doulas. It counts for 10 CEU hours for those registered with Yoga Alliance.
Meet the owner of Mama Moves Co, Lisa van Leeuwen! Lisa is Arizona’s go-to prenatal & postpartum yoga teacher.
She truly believes that “Motion is lotion” & “Movement is medicine.” Her goal is to provide yoga & fitness classes that help moms get moving safely during their pregnancy & postpartum (aka 4th trimester).
