Mama Moves Class Styles

Mama Moves is based out Arizona. All of our Mama Moves in-person group classes are located in the Phoenix Valley. We do offer private options for students who aren’t located in Arizona or who would prefer a more 1:1 mama movement experience.

Prenatal Yoga

A 60-minute yoga flow to ease pregnancy pains and prepare your body for labor. You’ll leave feeling more comfortable, grounded, and empowered for birth. No prior yoga experience required.

Open to all trimesters.

Prenatal Fitness

Our 60-minute strength and cardio workout for prenatal mamas! Build stamina for labor, increase energy, and learn how to exercise with confidence during pregnancy. Bands and weights are always optional, and no fitness background is needed.

Prenatal Pilates

A 60-minute Pilates class designed to strengthen your body & improve your posture during pregnancy.

Open to all trimesters.

Baby & Me Yoga

This 60-minute class combines postpartum-friendly yoga for you with gentle movements for your little one. A chance to move, bond with baby, and meet other new moms—no sitter required.

Age restrictions: 0-12 months or pre-walkers only

Mama Core 45

Mom life is busy! Try this 45-minute core workout for postpartum & beyond! You can come solo or bring your kiddo with you.

Mommy & Me Pilates

A 60-miute postnatal-friendly Pilates class designed to restore core strength, improve posture, and recharge with your little one.
