Important Details

  • We are located at 32nd St & Thunderbird Rd.  GPS will try to take you to building A, but we are located in Building C. Building C is located in the back left corner of the complex. Please park in unmarked parking spots in the middle of the parking lot.

  • Please arrive 5-10 minutes before class to park, check-in and roll out your mat.

  • This is class is open to all trimesters. 

  • Please bring your own water to class.  Mats & props will be provided, but please feel free to bring your own in you prefer.
