Important Details

  • Classes are located at The Motherhood Co located on the corner of 32nd St & Thunderbird Rd. We are located in the 1 story building in the back right hand corner of the complex. When you enter Motherhood Co, take an immediate right and then go left down the hall. Yoga classes are located inside double doors on the lefthand side.

  • Please arrive 5-10 minutes before class to park, check-in and roll out your mat.

  • This is class is open to all trimesters. 

  • Please bring your own water to class.  Mats & props will be provided, but please feel free to bring your own in you prefer.
