Yoga Sculpt for Prenatal & Postpartum Moms

This pop-up class is a perfect opportunity to prioritize your fitness goals while bonding with your little one!

When: Saturday, April 27th from 10:00-11:00AM

What: 60-minute yoga sculpt group class for Pregnant & Postpartum Moms (Pre-walking babies welcome)

This event is open to all trimesters, including 4th trimester. Modifications will be provided for both pregnancy & postpartum and babies are welcome to join.

What to Bring

Yoga Mat  Yoga mats will be provided, but please feel free to bring your own if you prefer

Baby Blanket – Bring a blanket or mat for baby to lay in front of your yoga mat. (Thicker is better)

Baby Toys – Bring quiet toys for baby to play with during the mama focused portion of this class.

Extra Diapers – We recommend bringing extra diapers in case your little one releases more than gas during the baby yoga moves 😉

Water Bottle – Please be sure to bring a full water bottle

 

Meet the Teacher

I am super excited to introduce everyone to our newest member of Mama Moves, Taylor! 

On top of being an amazing yoga teacher, Taylor is a Neurologic Physical Therapist.  As a yoga instructor and movement specialist, she seeks to help students feel empowered, strong & capable after leaving her class.

Taylor is excited to help us add new Saturday classes to the Mama Moves calendar, including Mama Yoga Sculpt on 4/27. Come meet her and try out this new class!
