Can kids join? 0-12 Months or Pre-walking Babies Only
What: 30-minute outdoor workout + optional walk or run
Can kids join? Babies & Toddlers are welcome
Yoga Mat – For outdoor classes, please bring your own mat. Studio classes at The Motherhood Co include free mat rental.
Baby Blanket – Bring a blanket or mat for baby to lay in front of your yoga mat. (Thicker is better)
Baby Toys – Bring quiet toys for baby to play with during the mama focused portion of this class.
Extra Diapers – We recommend bringing extra diapers in case your little one releases more than gas during the baby yoga moves 😉
Water Bottle – Please be sure to bring a full water bottle
Stroller (Park Only) – For park workouts, please bring your stroller for the optional walk/run portion
