Come move and meet other pregnant Phoenix moms at our Prenatal Yoga class. Each class is designed to help with pregnancy pains and sprinkled with birth positions and tools you can use during labor. Our prenatal class is open to all trimesters and no yoga experience is required.

We have a weekly class at The Motherhood Co in Phoenix, AZ every Tuesday at 5pm but be sure to check our schedule for all upcoming prenatal yoga classes!

Important Details

  • The weekly classes are located at The Motherhood Co located on the corner of 32nd St & Thunderbird Rd. We are located in the 1 story building in the back right hand corner of the complex. When you enter Motherhood Co, take an immediate right and then go left down the hall. Yoga classes are located inside double doors on the lefthand side. 

  • Please arrive 5-10 minutes before class to park, check-in and roll out your mat.

  • Please bring your own water to class.  Mats & props will be provided, but please feel free to bring your own in you prefer.
